Southside Gardens offers a number of different floor plans and rates in our Retirement Center.

 

All of our plans inslude the following services:

 

• On Site Management
• 24-hour around the clock Courtesy Officer at front desk
• Two home cooked meals daily – Breakfast and Lunch. Supper meal is optional and can be purchased for $90.00 per month. 
• Registered Nurse on duty one day a week
• Weekly light housekeeping
• Activity Director
• Planned Activities and recreation
• Professional maintenance services for homes and grounds
• Group Transportation to shopping, theater, restaurants, etc.
• Transportations to Medical Appointments available.
