 | Chef Celeste Gill has been at Southside gardens for 9 years. She earned her Associate Degree in Food Service at the University of Hawaii. Her career has taken her from Restaurants and Catering In and Out of Louisiana, Catering Customized For Each Individual or Corporation, and to the healthcare and senior market for the last 17 years. She is a member of the American Culinary Federation and is active in many charitable organizations such as the Girl Scouts of America and Volunteers of America.
